Meet Daniella

Daniella began her real estate career in January of 1990 with Royal Lepage Real Estate Services.  In 1991 she was already the #2 sales person in her office and by the end of 1992 she had attained her first year as a Medallion Club member.  The Greater Vancouver Medallion Club recognizes the sales achievements of the top 10% of all Greater Vancouver REALTORS®.  In August of 1993 she was recruited by Sussex Realty which later became Royal LePage Sussex and the landmark Tudor Mansion at the top of Lonsdale has been home ever since. Her continued success includes membership in The Master Medallion Club, Prudential Chairman's Circle, Sussex Honor Society as well as being a recipient of the Royal LePage President's Gold and Director's Platinum Awards. 

Completing numerous courses and attending many seminars including Strata Law, Advanced Strata Law, Selling Tenant Occupied Properties, Foreclosures and Court Ordered Sales, Technology as a Strategic Lever for Business, Legal Update 2007, 2011, 2013, 2015, 2017, 2018, Keeping on top of Contract Changes and Ethics all help to ensure that Daniella's clients are always well protected in the ever changing real estate climate. 

Having raised two active sons on the North Shore, Daniella is familiar with all of the diverse neighbourhoods, local amenities, schools, sports fields, restaurants and of course shopping. In 2010 her eldest son Jesse decided to pursue the same career path and in 2015 married Monique, another Royal Lepage REALTOR®. With the help of Jesse and Monique, Daniella is able to provide the concierge service that today's home buyer and seller have come to expect.
